The Savoy Resort & Spa is on the magnificent Beau Vallon Bay on the north-west coast of Mahé, only 25 minutes from the airport and a mere 10 minutes from the vibrant sounds and abundant shopping opportunities of Victoria, the capital.

Our selection of elegantly appointed guest rooms and suites offer a unique décor and all overlook the breath-taking resort gardens or ocean. From the spectacular views of the gardens and ocean from the Savoy King/Twin rooms and the Savoy Suite rooms with a stunning ocean view, to the spacious Junior Suite and the truly magnificent Penthouse Savoy, there is something to suit all needs.

All accommodation at the Savoy Resort & Spa includes a private furnished balcony or terrace, king-size bed, air-conditioning, heavenly rain shower, flat screen satellite TV, in-room safe, mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, Wi-Fi and LAN internet access and IDD line telephone.

In addition to the above features, the Savoy Suites are equipped with a kitchenette.

The ultimate in luxury, the Penthouse Savoy is an oasis of lavish comfort. Two bedrooms with Egyptian cotton bedding, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and Nespresso machine, a large terrace offering panoramic views of the gardens, two stylish bathrooms with rain showers and hot tubs are some of the features of this exclusive Penthouse. Round off the day with relaxing cocktails whilst watching the sun dip behind the distant North and Silhouette islands. Complementary baby cots are available.

Restaurant/Bar

The selection of restaurants at the Savoy Resort & Spa feature an eclectic selection of cuisines, where West meets East in culinary delight.

The Grand Savoy is the all-day dining restaurant, offering the finest local and international cuisine with European, Arabian and Eastern selections. Choose between unique outdoor seating and dine surrounded by water pools or simply enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of the air-conditioned top class buffet restaurant. Different theme nights for each day allow you to explore delicious dishes from Italy, India, Middle East and Seychelles together with a Seafood night and Chill & Grill night.

Pescado is our specialty restaurant focusing on fresh seafood brought from the ocean straight into the kitchen. The Pescado menu offers a true international experience with simple yet flavourful cuisine using ingredients from all over the world but with an Italian touch. Open for lunch and dinner.

Mahek Restaurant is our Indian Gourmet Restaurant featuring a gastronomical selection served in traditional antique style ware. Guests have the opportunity to watch our chefs at work in the “show cooking kitchen”. Open daily for lunch and dinner.

The Island Trader offers a magnificent view of the Indian Ocean with Silhouette Island and North Island on the horizon. Open for a buffet breakfast and in the evenings guests may enjoy our chef’s culinary delights at a buffet which varies daily.

Our beach bar and grill, Gecko, opens daily from mid-morning till late. It features refreshing tropical smoothies, blended specialty drinks, infused rums and Savoy’s homemade Sangrias. At sunset, Savoy transforms Gecko Bar into the place to be where you can listen to beats from some of the best musicians on the island. The exceptional food selection includes the great Burger selection, grilled seafood, chicken & fish and also variety of salads. Speciality nights include Creole BBQ for a taste of the Seychelles, BBQ specials in European style or Arabic night with live Shawarma station.

Ocean Deck Pub is next to the pool with views of the azure ocean and majestic sunset. Open daily from mid-morning till late.

Our 24-hour in-room dining includes specific dishes that are showcased in our restaurants and bar.

On most evenings guests will be entertained by local musicians offering different genres of music from local folklore to international music.
